Online Terms and Conditions
Note: These terms apply only to online sales.
  Payment Terms - Payment is required within five days of the sale. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of online payment -- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We can also process payments over the phone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, and accept mail payment by personal check.
  Delivery Terms - Delivery prices quoted on our web site are for doorstep deliveries - Our very low priced shipping quotes do not include red carpet services. If you require inside delivery, unpacking, or setup help, you may consider our white glove service which includes additional costs We promise to ship your item within a week of receiving your cleared payment unless you specify otherwise. If you do not provide your home phone number, the carrier will not be able to schedule final delivery. Normal deliveries will arrive in two to four weeks.    Professional Moving Services - We offer a full service "White Glove" delivery for large orders. The service include delivery by a team of furniture moving professionals and include complete inside delivery, unpacking, set-up, and the removale of packing materials.   Pricing for this service depends on many variables including distance, moving obsticales and timing.  Please call us for a quote on this service.
  Insurance - All items may be fully insured with the purchase of optional shipping insurance. If you do not purchase the optional shipping insurance, any damage claims that may occur will need to be filed by the buyer directly to the delivery company.   Packing Materials - Packing materials and other packing expenses are already factored into the price of your merchandise. We take great pride in our packing and shipping precautions. Your larger furniture pieces will arrive on a pallet to prevent "Manhandling" which is the most common cause of damage to furniture during shipping.
  Return Policy - You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. However, freight charges are not refundable and the returned items must be received back at our Pennsylvania warehouse, in good condition, before a credit will be processed. You must ensure any return is packed sufficiently to avoid damage on the return trip. We recommend that you save the original packing materials.
  Your Satisfaction - It's Guaranteed!!! No surprises, we want to develop a long term relationship with all of our customers and hope to earn your repeat business, so we will take the extra step to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We guarantee that our representation is fair, honest, and accurate. If, for any reason, you feel that we misrepresented an item, or that something was not mentioned or was misleading, we will gladly refund your money without further question. We do not, however, ship items out for you to try them out and see if you like them. If you want to return an item because it does not match your existing furniture or because you changed your mind, you will be charged for the packing, shipping and insurance for the delivery to and from your location. Please have conviction before making a purchase.
